The purpose of modernization:

- repair of mechanical components
- repair of the hydraulic system
- replacement of electronic control system
- expansion of functionality, ensuring ease of use
- reduction of the time for conducting research and development in terms of dynamic testing of materials and parts of mining equipment


The list of main works at the request of the customer:


- Bulkhead and cleaning of the mechanical part of the hydraulic grippers with the replacement of failed parts
- flushing and adjustment of the hydraulic gripper multiplier
- replacement of all high pressure hoses and seals of the hydraulic system of the testing machine
- replacement of the servo valve of the control system
- replacement of failed hydraulic equipment with the installation of a new hydraulic module of the type NSM-250
- replacement of the pumping pump
- connecting the testing machine to the existing integrated hydraulic system of the SCHENCK testing complex or an independent hydraulic station
- complete replacement of all electrical cables of the control system and replacement of the remote control, replacement of the CNC system
- installation and connection of a new controller control system and PC
- software setup for dynamic testing of metal and elastomeric specimens and parts
- technical documentation in Russian on the operation of the testing machine, taking into account the new control system, safety measures during operation and repair, frequency of maintenance, wiring diagram for all nodes and blocks, etc.
- spare parts support
- training of a service engineer for the diagnosis and repair of the mechanical part of the testing machine and the CNC system with the issuance of a certificate of training.
- metrological certification of the entire measuring complex with the issuance of certificates, methods, verification certificates
- ensuring the quality requirements of TR TS 010/2011 and reliability in accordance with GOST 27.002-89, GOST 7599-82, which include:
- MTBF - 1000 hours in a two-shift operation mode;
- an average recovery time of 48 hours;
- service life of 15 years;
- service life between repairs 2 years;
- equipment load factor - 0.42;
- shift work equipment - 2 shifts;
- equipment operation fund - 3983
